Michael Keaton is an American actor, producer and director who is famous for his part in the movie 'Birdman. A versatile actor, he can perform comic and dramatic roles. His professional career has seen him has performed a range of romantic roles, and has also played in action films. He developed an interest in acting and performing when he was in his teens and attempted stand-up comedy when he was young men. It was not successful, though it helped pave the way to his acting career. Since he wasn't able to succeed as acting, he chose to work as a TV cameraman. The job at the station was the first time he realized that the only thing he really wanted was to perform on camera. Then he landed a TV performance, and was in several seasons of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor was naturally talented and quickly became a household name on television. His comedic characters brought him fame and he began the career of a filmmaker with big dreams. His fame was further elevated by the acclaim he received in the role of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. Being a mature actor he also began to venture into producing and directing. His performance in 2014 as Birdman earned him numerous accolades and nods.
